Work & Intelligence

Start with a decision

Choose one recurring business decision. A dashboard is useful when someone can name the decision it changes. Start with a sentence: “Every Monday, the store manager decides which products to replenish for the next seven days.” Name the decision-maker, timing, available actions, and constraints before choosing a chart.

Mind & Ideas

Identify the claim

Choose a short passage and write the claim in one sentence. Distinguish a factual claim (“this policy reduced costs”), a value judgment (“fairness matters more than efficiency”), and a recommendation (“we should adopt this policy”). Many disagreements combine all three, so separate them before evaluating.

Meaning & Practice

Prepare your practice

Set aside ten quiet minutes and use a notebook or a private document. Choose a time that fits your routine. You may skip a prompt, write one sentence, draw, or stop. The purpose is to explore your experience without demanding a particular emotional result.
